Skirt length note At 36.5" from waist to hem, the Akna will fall at or just above the ankle on most heights between 5'3" and 5'8". If you are taller it may sit at mid-calf; if shorter, it may graze the floor — beautiful for a dramatic, flowing look.

Tops fit guide The Nakia Halter has a 16" bust panel with long ties that wrap around to create your custom fit — works well for bust sizes XS to L. The Balloon Top's large 30" armhole and adjustable waist mean it drapes generously and comfortably over most body types.
Since all Dulari pieces are adjustable and free-size, you only need two measurements to shop confidently: your natural waist and your bust.
Measurement 1
Bust

Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Keep it comfortably snug — not pulled tight.

Measurement 2
Natural waist

Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually 1–2 inches above your belly button. Measure around this point, exhaling naturally.

Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually 7–9 inches below the natural waist.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam down to where you'd like pants to end. Helpful for checking the Dacey and Sacil pant lengths against your own.

Still not sure? All waist ranges listed in this guide are the elastic stretch range — if your waist falls within those numbers, you're covered. For the halter tops, the long tie system means the bust panel coverage is fully adjustable. When in doubt, go with the piece whose waist range includes yours, and tie the top to your comfort level.

Natural cotton and plant-based dyes need a little extra love to keep their colour and softness. Follow these simple steps and your Dulari pieces will last for years.
Washing Hand wash in cold water only. Do not machine wash — agitation can distort the handmade cotton weave and crochet detailing.
Drying Hang to dry in a shaded spot. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade natural dyes over time.
Ironing If needed, iron on a low cotton setting while slightly damp. Avoid ironing directly over any crochet or decorative details.
Storing Fold and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging on wire hangers for long periods to prevent shoulder stretching.
First wash Wash dark colours separately the first time — natural dyes may release slight colour on the initial wash, which is completely normal.
Detergent Use a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Harsh chemicals can strip natural dyes and affect the cotton's softness over time.
A note on natural dyes All Dulari pieces are coloured with plant-based natural pigments. This means each piece has a unique depth of colour that may vary slightly from the photos — this is part of what makes it truly handmade. Natural dyes will soften beautifully with proper care rather than fade harshly.

Shipping & Delivery

When you place an order with us, your order is carefully processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We offer standard tracked shipping across Canada. When we begin processing your order you will get a message via text and email notifing you that your order is on its way!

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a request to return the item. We only offer returns for store credit, we will not refund your card.

If you choose to return the item, you must first send us a message explaining the return. Once we have acknowledged the request you must then ship the item back to us within 30 days of the initial delivery. We do not cover the shipping cost required. Please note that items must qualify for a store credit return. If we receive an item that does not qualify, you will not receive store credit and the item will not be returned to you.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Free of odour
  • Free of stains and damage
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Free of animal hair

At Dulari, most of our items are handmade and one of a kind. This means our items vary in sizing. Please read the size descriptions listed on each item listing. If you have questions about a specific item you can always reach out to us on our chat box, we typically respond within 24-48 hours.

Care Instructions

At Dulari many of our items are handmade from natural materials. For clothing, its best practice to hand wash items in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry. If you have purchased our brass jewelry and its time for a polish, you can use lime juice or brass cleaner to bring back the shine in your jewelry.
