When you place an order with us, your order is carefully processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We offer standard tracked shipping across Canada. When we begin processing your order you will get a message via text and email notifing you that your order is on its way!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a request to return the item. We only offer returns for store credit, we will not refund your card.

If you choose to return the item, you must first send us a message explaining the return. Once we have acknowledged the request you must then ship the item back to us within 30 days of the initial delivery. We do not cover the shipping cost required. Please note that items must qualify for a store credit return. If we receive an item that does not qualify, you will not receive store credit and the item will not be returned to you.

To qualify, the item must be:

• Unworn
• Free of odour
• Free of stains and damage
• Original tags must be attached
• Free of animal hair

At Dulari, most of our items are handmade and one of a kind. This means our items vary in sizing. Please read the size descriptions listed on each item listing. If you have questions about a specific item you can always reach out to us on our chat box, we typically respond within 24-48 hours.

At Dulari many of our items are handmade from natural materials. For clothing, its best practice to hand wash items in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry. If you have purchased our brass jewelry and its time for a polish, you can use lime juice or brass cleaner to bring back the shine in your jewelry.
